5年来,在Safety ScienceInternational Journal of Disaster Risk ReductionJournal of Statistical Mechanics-Theory and Experiment等领域重要期刊发表SCI检索论文80篇(通讯作者40篇),“pedestrian evacuation”(行人疏散)主题发表的SCI论文数位居全球学者第1,候选人2015年至今连续入选Elsevier中国高被引学者榜单(通用工程领域)。

5年来,参与完成国家标准《公共安全大规模疏散规划指南ISO 22315:2014, IDT》,申请发明专利16项、计算机软件著作权4项。
